Lunchtime at the Library – Walking the Rock Country in Kakadu

Lunchtime at the Library – Walking the Rock Country in Kakadu | NT Writers' Festival 2024

Karrire kundenge karribolknan kunwarddehwardde

Be taken on a breathtaking journey through the Rock Country in Kakadu National Park in this exquisitely illustrated new children’s book. The second title in a series of three, Walking the Rock Country in Kakadu blends First Nations history and knowledge with Western science to engage readers of all ages with this iconic place.

To celebrate the launch of this stunning book, Walking the Rock Country in Kakadu’s creative team – Di Lucas, Ben Tyler, and Emma Long – are joined by artist and children’s publisher, Erica Wagner, for an engaging talk about how art can help us understand place, and the collaborative processes behind this book.
