Fannie Bay Gaol is a site haunted by its past.
As you walk around the space, it’s easy to imagine you can still hear faint echoes of the voices and lives that were once confined within its walls. In this special event, join local historians and artists as they take you on a journey through time into some of the fascinating stories that form the history of this place – tales of loss, resilience and resistance.
Featuring readings by Don Christophersen, Sally Bothroyd, Kaye Aldenhoven, the family of Mickey Dewar and a musical performance by David Garnham.
MC: Caddie Brain.
Presented in partnership with the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.
